- A minimum of 2 hrs is required on all wedding bookings.
- All weddings are calculated from the time of arrival at the point of first pickup and the final drop-off point.
- 20% deposit is required within 14 days of booking, with the balance being payable one calendar month before the wedding date.
- Any overtime past the specified duration of the booking, is to be paid in cash on the day. Accounts are not issued.
- A cancellation fee of 50% of the amount paid will apply on the day of cancellation.
- Any cancellation or amendment must be made in writing by the signatory on the wedding application booking form.
- While all care and attention will be taken to adhere to booking times, we will not be held responsible for delays caused by traffic, vehicle breakdowns or unforeseen events.
